DMV Hearings Due To DUI Arrests

You have TEN days from the date of your DUI arrest to schedule your administrative DUI hearing at the DMV!  Do not ignore this hearing.  Call Joe Torri immediately after your DUI arrest.

Hearings to Contest Negligent Operator Status

Drivers with too many points on their record from traffic citations will be deemed a negligent operator.  If you receive a letter of your negligent operator status, call us immediately to secure a negligent operator hearing.  If you wait too long, you will lose your rights.  Negligent Operators have 4 or more points in 12 months; 6 in 24 months; or 8 in 36 months.

Drivers License Suspensions Due to Mental or Physical Conditions
